Due to the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of intellectual capital, strategic expertise, research, planning, and dedicated time, all fees paid to GoGTM are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Our engagements begin the moment resources are allocated, research is initiated, strategic thinking is applied, or consultation time is reserved. As these services cannot be returned, reversed, or resold, we do not offer refunds for advisory sessions, strategy consultations, mentorship programs, implementation services, retainers, workshops, audits, or any other professional engagements.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review proposals, scopes of work, and engagement terms before confirming any project or making payment. By proceeding with an engagement, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.

In the event that a scheduled consultation or meeting needs to be rescheduled, clients may request a change with reasonable prior notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made without adequate notice may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

If GoGTM is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances solely attributable to our team, we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled session, service credit, or alternative solution. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute an obligation to provide a monetary refund.

This policy exists to ensure fairness, maintain the integrity of our advisory practice, and protect the time and expertise dedicated to every engagement.
